My Account

I forgot my username (login or password), what now?

Move your cursor over the login button, then you will see the in the dropdown window "forgotten your password?". When you click on this you will get the opportunity to fill in your email address. You will then receive an email with further instructions. If you do not know the correct email address, you can call the helpdesk to find your username

Can I change my personal information?

You can view and edit your personal information when you are logged in; you move your cursor over your username at the top right corner of this screen and click on "my profile".

Our Products

I can't find a product / reference?

If you can't find a product, you can send a request for information (e.g. name of the product) using our contact form. In the form, select "Your request" and pose your question. Your application will be processed as soon as possible. You can also order a product by phone or email directly at your local branch

I don't have access to my product prices?

To view the prices of products, you have to login with your user account (email or username and password). You will receive access to your own prices. For more information on prices, please contact your local branch via the contact us page contact form or call us on 08450 510 150.

My Orders

How can I quickly order with an item number?

To quickly place an order using an item number or reference you can use the" QUICK ADD" function. You will find this function as a button when you click "MY SHOPPING CART". In the newly opened windown you can use the form " QUICK ADD" to quickly order the items you want. Proceed as follows: - Enter the product ID - A list of relevant products will be displayed - Click on your chosen product - The product is automatically added to your card. Proceed as follows:

 

  • Enter the product ID,
  • A list of relevant products will be displayed,
  • Click on your chosen product
  • The product is automatically added to your card.
How can I add items to my wishlist?

There are several ways to add items to these lists:

  • From the product page you can add items to wishlists by clicking the "favourite" button.
  • A filled shopping cart can be added to a wishlist - straight from the shopping cart.
  • The E-commerce team can also add wishlists for customers with the using a spreadsheet. Please contact your local office for this. Quantities are automatically saved to the wishlist also. If the quantities are changed when ordering from the wishlists, these amounts will be automatically saved.
How can I compare items with each other?

From every product page it is possible to add products to the compare tool. To do this click the “COMPARE” button. Only add items to the ‘compare tool’ that are comparable. The ‘compare’ function stores all items until the user removes them from the comparison tool.

How do I import items into my shopping cart?

You are able to use an excel file to import items into the shopping cart.

Step 1. Open the shopping cart; importing of items is done from the shopping cart.

Step 2. By selecting the “choose file” function, the relevant document for import can be selected. A number of things need to be kept in mind:

  • The file needs to be in .csv format.
  • The layout of the file should be: item number, followed by the quantity.

When uploading the document, it will display which articles are recognised and those which are not recognised

Note: The ‘importing’feature only includes items available on the webshop.

How do I export my shopping cart?

The webshop offers the possibility to export items in the shopping cart. This export is made directly from the shopping cart.

Step 1: Open the filled shopping cart.

Step 2: Choose the option “EXPORT ORDER” and choose the desired file format.The options are .csv, .xml or .pdf.

Step 3: Choose “EXPORT ORDER” and the file will be downloaded directly from the webshop.

How can I cancel or change my order?

You changed your mind and want to change your order or cancel it? Please contact your local Rubix branch as soon as possible.

Where can I view my order history?

Go to the button with your name (login mandatory) at the top right corner of this screen and click on “my orders” in the pop-up window.

Delivery

What is my order delivery time?

For next day delivery of in-stock items: order before 4pm each day, For items not in stock, the delivery time is communicated in your order confirmation.
