Engagement is one of the most important thing a business needs in order to be successful. We often talk about the strong correlation between high employee engagement / eNPS and customer satisfaction, which is why have such a big focus on improving this year on year.

Since the 2022 survey, we have spent time analysing your results and feedback and set out to have our most impactful year yet. This started with holding more engagement planning sessions than ever before, allowing teams to have a unique and meaningful action plan that they have contributed to.

We have also rolled out a number of new initiatives, such an increased annual leave, within the last twelve months based on your feedback in the survey. It gives us great pleasure being able to launch these for you and we hope that you see the value in each of them too.
