Rubix strengthens its UK reliability services offer in pneumatics with the acquisition of CompCare.

Rubix has acquired CompCare Compressed Air Ltd – a specialist in optimising compressed air systems.
 
 
The acquisition enables Rubix to provide greater and enhanced access to technical services related to pneumatics in the UK. It also supports the Group’s ongoing drive to remain the leading multi-specialist supplier of industrial products, services and solutions.
 

Since 2005, CompCare has worked with many blue-chip clients in a wide range of different sectors. Its primary focus is on extending the life and improving the efficiency of compressed air systems so that customers can generate full value from their assets. This drives down the total cost of ownership, realising real energy savings and delivering on sustainability goals.

 

This value creation and sustainability approach is an excellent cultural match to what we do here at Brammer Buck & Hickman, and we see their ethos being a natural fit with ours.

 

In addition to maintenance, the company supplies, installs and designs state-of-the-art compressed air systems. CompCare’s team of experts bring more than 70 years combined and, from its Shropshire premises, is able to offer fast response times and support right across the West Midlands and Wales.

 

Although the company will continue to run independently, Rubix will offer CompCare’s specialist knowledge and expertise across the whole UK customer base. CompCare joining the Rubix family provides us with a substantial opportunity to deliver value and support more of our customers with this excellent portfolio of specialist engineering services.
