Scotch® General Purpose Filament Tape 8956 is mainly used for holding boxes together on pallets, salvaging torn and damaged boxes, bundling of light weight products, closing and reinforcing of fiberboard boxes.
Additional security: Due to filaments in length, the tape does not break easily in the horizontal section.
Strengths
• It guarantees a good closure on very large boxes (household appliances for example).
• High tensile strength. Good shear strength.
• Good support for a wide range of applications
• Resists abrasion and moisture.
• Features a hand break to add tension to the tape roll, up to 25 mm
