SMC XSA3-32S-5D2 HIGH VACUUM STRAIGHT SOLENOID VALVE

At SMC, we are proud of our improved new high vacuum electric distributor from our XSA series. Normally closed, the XSA offers a high seal, reduced leakage and a pressure differential of only 1 x 10-6 Pa (abs). High versatility allowing the choice between compression coupling and flush joint coupling, and a large choice of voltages available also offering the FASTON terminal for DC voltages. The spring has also been moved to the body of the XSA, reducing contact and minimizing particle generation. Corrosion resistance, efficiency, economical operation and lightness are the new business advantages of XSA. In line with our goal of developing innovation leading to energy savings and competitive advantages for our customers. The electric distributor is compatible with applications such as gas injection into a treatment chamber and activities involving inert gases for industries such as food, medical, semiconductors, photovoltaic industry and LCDs .
