SMC SRH4100-04 CLEAN REGULATOR

The cleanroom regulators of the SRH series are contamination-protected stainless steel regulators designed to minimize residual liquids. Their design includes an outlet/exhaust opening in the diaphragm chamber, which facilitates flow. The corrosion resistance of the SRH series is remarkable. All metal parts that come into contact with liquids are made of SUS316 stainless steel.
