SMC CDQ2B16-20DCMZ COMPACT CYLINDER

Our range of CQ2 compact cylinders has been completely redesigned to offer more advantages, improved performance and additional options. The main difference compared with the previous range is a completely changed cylinder body design. This improves mounting possibilities and reduces mass by 5 to 13% depending on the selected model. All CQ2 cylinders with diameters from 32 to 200mm are now equipped with sliding grooves on each of the four sides. As a result, sensor mounting components are no longer required. For diameters from 12 to 15mm the sliding grooves are integrated on two sides. The series has been designed to work with a stationary sensor with dual visual indication. In this way the mounting position can be set without error thanks to the travel range indicator. This helps prevent accidental damage and improves safety and hygiene during installation and maintenance operations.
