LOCTITE 1880232 EQ RC15 PUMP CONTROLLER

The EQ RC15 unit controls the drive of a connected rotor pump in a way that a precise dosage is made upon a simple digital start signal. For different dosing applications it is possible to store up to 3 programs in the RC15 controller. These can be accessed via separate digital start signals of a higher-ranking controller. The EQ RC15 controller provides digital output signals to the higher-level controller to indicate the status of the dosing system as well as the level of the reservoir. For manual workstations without higher level control, the EQ RC15 system can be started with a simple foot switch. The status is shown on the display with easy to understand, user friendly icons. Dosing parameters can be adjusted via the graphical user interface depending on the operating mode: flow rate for dispensing, dispensing quantity or dispensing time
