SMC IZS31-300P IONIZER

SMC's IZS bar type ionizers prevent circuit board damage and workpieces from sticking by neutralizing static electricity. Removal speed can be reduced with an optional sensor which automatically controls ion balance in accordance with the polarity applied to a workpiece. Both the IZS30 and the IZS31 electrode needle cartridges can be replaced with a single touch. The IZS31 detects needle stain and provides a signal to the maintenance display LED light, reducing maintenance man-hours.
