For punching burr free and accurate holes in sheet metal. A small pilot hole is drilled allowing a connecting bolt to join the punch on one side and the die on the other side of the sheet material. Pressure is then applied by tightening the bolt using a hexagon key and the hole is punched out. Neither the punch or the die rotates during the process. Hexagon key sold separately. For use with: Mild and stainless steel up to 16 SWG (1.62mm). Copper, brass and aluminium up to 2mm. Other sheet materials and ductile plastics.
