The Mini cylinders Series 16, 23, 24 and 25 have been manufactured in compliance with the dimensional standards CETOP-RP52P and ISO 6432. It is possible to choose among three different types of cushioning: mechanical (fixed bumpers, series 16 and 24), adjustable pneumatic (series 25) and self-cushioning pneumatic (series 23). The latter, thanks to a patented system, automatically adjusts the cushioning in order to always achieve optimal deceleration throughout the entire cushioning phase. The cylinder movement is smooth and without rebound, reducing vibration and noise. This ensures greater reliability as well as consistent performance over time. The technical solutions adopted and the choice of materials have allowed the development of a complete range of versatile and highly reliable mini cylinders, suitable for use in multiple industrial applications, particularly where working conditions change over time due to format changes or wear of the machine mechanisms. The accessories supplied with these cylinders allow for various mounting options.
