Product details : SNR KITSNC22216KDSC3/DB120HD PLUM BLOCK AND SPHER ROLLER BEARING KIT
The sealed "ALL IN ONE" bearing kit offers a complete solution for the maintenance of bearing housings and bearings. It includes all necessary components for quick and efficient repair, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance. Thanks to its high-performance sealing system, the bearing's service life is increased threefold compared with standard solutions. The kit includes: 1 SNC bearing housing in two parts, 1 standard open bearing Series 22200 C3, 1 mounting sleeve (specific to the sealed version), 2 locking rings (specific to the sealed version), 2 sets of nitrile seals, 1 sealing plug and 1 technical manual (for adjusting the internal clearance by axial displacement and relubrication instructions).
Strengths
Improved durability: Optimized sealing for extended bearing life.
Reduced maintenance: Fewer interventions thanks to increased resistance and reduced re-greasing.
Eco-friendly solution: Less waste and polluting grease for more responsible maintenance.
Practicality and speed: Preassembled kit for simplified intervention and optimized logistics management.
Flexibility: Compatible with different configurations (fixed or floating bearings).
