Product details : SNR KITSNC10X22217KEEDS PLUM BLOCK AND SPHER ROLLER BEARING KIT
The "ALL IN ONE" sealed bearing kit provides a complete solution for the maintenance of housings and bearings. It includes all necessary components for a fast and efficient repair, reducing downtime and simplifying maintenance. Thanks to its high-performance sealing system, the bearing life is multiplied by three compared with standard solutions. The kit includes: 1 two-piece SNC housing 1 sealed bearing series 22200 (SRB) 1 mounting sleeve (specific to the sealed version) 2 retaining rings (specific to the sealed version) 2 sets of nitrile seals, 1 plug and 1 technical instruction sheet (for adjusting internal clearance by axial displacement and relubrication instructions).
Strengths
Improved durability: Optimized sealing for extended bearing life.
Reduced maintenance: Fewer interventions thanks to increased resistance and reduced re-lubrication.
Eco-friendly solution: Less waste and polluting grease for more responsible maintenance.
Convenience and speed: Preassembled kit for simplified servicing and optimized logistics management.
Flexibility: Compatible with different configurations (fixed or floating bearings).
