The valve 0330 is a direct-acting, media-isolated flapper armature valve. It is available in 3/2- and 2/2-way versions. As a 3/2-way version it can be used as a diverter or mixing valve. Depending on the application, different diaphragm materials and modes of operation are available. The housing options consist of brass, stainless steel, PEEK and polypropylene. The solenoid coils are encapsulated with a chemically highly resistant epoxy resin. Since the coil system is separated from the medium by a diaphragm, the valve is particularly suited for critical media such as aggressive acids and alkalis. For commissioning and testing, the 0330 is equipped with a manual actuation. To reduce energy requirements, all coils can be supplied with an electronic power reduction or as a pulse version. The switching state can be provided via a position feedback as a binary or NAMUR signal.
