4 Fluted Uneven spiral Futura coated End Mill. Ideally suited for the machining of most alloyed steels, cast irons and some stainless steels.
Range from 4-25mm Diameter.
Solid carbide milling cutters
Design: Ultra-fine grit solid carbide, type N, DIN 6527, 35°/38°, with centre cut.
Cutting speed approx. 50% higher than with non-coated tools. Dry machining possible. Air cooling recommended.
Application: Can be used for peripheral milling as well as for universal machining. For milling depths up to 2 x D. Can also be used for trimming and finishing milling. Can be used for rough grinding, slot cutting and finishing milling. The irregular 35°/38° helical pitch results in particularly smooth running and thus very good surface on the workpiece. A much longer tool life is achieved than with conventional tools, as well as maximum stability during machining. In addition, feeds higher by up to 60% can be realised.
