FLAWFINDER Non-destructive inspection system is designed to provide a fast reliable method for visual detection of cracks or flaws which would not normally be visible to the naked eye. Ideal for the inspection of welded joints, castings, forgings etc. The FLAWFINDER non-destructive testing kit (also known as PT inspection) includes the cleaner, penetrant and developer spray in a convenient carry pack.
Strengths
FLAWFINDER CLEANER Spray-300ml:
Cuts through dirt, grease and grime. Zero residue. Prepares surface for non destructive testing.
FLAWFINDER DEVELOPER Spray-400ml:
Highly absorbent white film for rapid results. Highlights very fine cracks. Sharp indication and geometry of defect to the naked eye. Suitable for pressure testing & leak detection.
FLAWFINDER DYE PENETRANT Spray-300mL:
Bright red even film. Highly sensitive dye. Water washable.
Applications
Ideal for the inspection of welded joints, castings, forgings etc.
