We are pleased to introduce a trio of new IZS-series ionizers that meet customer demand for faster and more efficient solutions for neutralizing static charge. All three models feature AC ion discharge, with the simplest model able to neutralize in just 3.2 seconds at 1,000mm with a simple ON/OFF function. The high-speed model quickly removes static electricity via a feedback sensor; selectable energy-saving or continuous neutralization run modes also make it flexible. Alternatively, the Dual-AC model reduces both the potential amplitude to 25V or less and the amount of ions delivered to the workpiece, allowing close installation in the electronics and semiconductor industries. This series integrates two auto-balance sensors, one standard in the ionizer housing and one optional high-precision external sensor. A wireless remote control allows operators to remotely set and configure up to 16 ionizers from a distance of 5m, and simple, fast serial wiring is enabled by link cable connectors that join up to eight units. The IZS ionizers are suitable for various applications in industries such as PET bottle manufacturing, parts feeding, resin and rubber molding, food and beverage packaging, film and paper manufacturing, and wafer transfers, providing safer manufacturing processes, reducing production defects and the resulting non-quality costs.
