The Long Length open-end belt is an alternative to chains for reversing positioning drives. Open-end belts are suitable for applications with linear motion (automatic doors, conveyor belts in warehouses, elevators), for accurate positioning (machine tools, machines with x-y coordinates) and bi-directional drives (computers, printers and office machines).
