The SRH series cleanroom regulators are stainless steel controlled contamination regulators designed to minimize residual fluids. Their design includes an exhaust/suction port in the diaphragm compartment to facilitate flow. Resistance of the SRH series to corrosion is remarkable. All metal parts in contact with fluids are made of SUS316 stainless steel.
