Features:
This double-row roller bearing incorporates two windowed cages made of deep-drawn sheet steel, ensuring excellent mechanical stability at high speeds. Its E-type design, combined with a 1:12 tapered bore, allows for precise mounting with internal clearance adjustment, reducing vibrations and optimizing load distribution. Solid Oil lubricant ensures continuous and uniform micro-lubrication, even in harsh environments. Thanks to the absence of seals, friction is minimized, resulting in smooth rotation, limited temperature rise, and increased mechanical efficiency. This bearing features a C3 internal radial clearance—wider than the standard—which provides better compensation for thermal expansion. It reduces internal friction, allowing the bearing to operate more easily at high speeds while limiting heat buildup and ensuring long-lasting rotational stability.

Maintenance:
This bearing is permanently lubricated and requires no maintenance. To ensure optimal performance, it is essential to install it in a clean environment and to periodically monitor noise, vibration, and temperature. It operates effectively between -50 °C and 85 °C continuously, with possible peaks up to 95 °C. Beyond these limits, the stability of the lubricant may be compromised, affecting performance. Resistant to water splashes and frequent washing, Solid Oil does not break down when exposed to moisture, unlike conventional lubricants. This results in reliable lubrication, even in demanding industrial environments.

Sealing:
Although this bearing is of the open type, it benefits from a passive sealing system thanks to the Solid Oil lubricant. This oil-saturated polymer material fills nearly the entire free volume, forming an effective barrier against moisture and solid particles. Unlike conventional systems, Solid Oil cannot be washed out, ensuring constant lubrication even in humid environments or during frequent cleaning.
