The 3M™ Speedglas™ G5-03 Pro Air Welding Helmet is designed to provide comprehensive eye, face and respiratory protection during demanding welding applications. Its robust, compact design incorporates a 3M™ Adflo™ Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) system, making it suitable for most arc welding processes while delivering exceptional comfort, visibility and respiratory protection.
Features:
The 3M™ Speedglas™ G5-03 Pro Air Welding Helmet provides effective protection against sparks, welding spatter and harmful UV and IR radiation. Extensive customisation options allow users to adjust the airflow direction and configure the helmet to provide additional protection according to the application. The ergonomic, fully adjustable head harness ensures excellent comfort during prolonged use.
The integrated 3M™ Adflo™ Powered Air Purifying Respirator (PAPR) delivers reliable respiratory protection against airborne particulates. Equipped with a high-efficiency particulate filter, the system can also be fitted with an optional gas filter or nuisance odour filter (sold separately) for additional protection in specific applications. Audible and visual alarms warn the user of low airflow or low battery, helping to maintain continuous respiratory protection. The helmet also incorporates 3M™ Speedglas™ Natural Colour Technology, Variable Colour Technology (VC) and Tack Welding Mode (TW), depending on the fitted welding filter. An optional LED work light is available to improve visibility of the workpiece.
