The TR-300E+ HIK Ready-to-Use Kit includes the 3M™ Versaflo™ M-307 Premium Helmet and Visor with faceseal, TR-302E+ powered air unit, TR-326 heavy-duty belt, TR-341E battery charger, TR-3712E particulate filter, TR-362 spark arrestor, TR-3600 prefilter, TR-332 high-capacity lithium-ion battery, BT-40 heavy-duty breathing tube, BT-926 high-temperature breathing tube cover, and TR-971 airflow indicator.

The rechargeable high-capacity lithium-ion battery provides an operating time of approximately 9 to 12 hours, enabling extended use without interruption. The lightweight, well-balanced design maximises wearer comfort while reducing fatigue during long working shifts. Two user-selectable airflow settings allow the wearer to adjust airflow according to individual preferences, while the automatic airflow compensation system maintains a constant airflow as the particulate filter becomes loaded, ensuring a continuous supply of filtered air.

For enhanced safety, the system incorporates audible and visual alarms that warn the wearer of low battery charge or insufficient airflow, helping maintain continuous respiratory protection. The kit is specifically designed for demanding industrial applications, including demolition, grinding, metal finishing and foundry operations.
