KTR BoWex curved-tooth gear couplings are flexible shaft connections that provide for a positive torque transmission. They are particularly suitable for compensating axial, radial and angular shaft displacements. Due to the operating principle of the curved tooth main component, edge pressure on the gear teeth is avoided where there is angular and radial misalignment, thereby enabling the BoWex coupling to be used with hardly any wear arising.
