The CG1-Z series of pneumatic cylindrical cylinders with cleanroom profile just got better. The new series, with bores ranging from 20 to 100 mm, allows optimized sensor mounting and incorporates a host of new features, reducing both assembly and maintenance costs, while offering greater flexibility. Precise adjustment of the detector position is now achieved by loosening a single screw, and a transparent detector holder optimizes visibility of the detector status. You can choose between threaded or tapped rod ends; the second option, available as standard, is 52 mm shorter than the threaded version. A wide choice of mounting fixtures, simple construction, and the absence of foreign-body build-up, made possible by basic mounting without trunnion tapping, make CG1-Z cylinders ideal for a variety of applications, including clamping, pick-and-place and positioning, in many industries.
