Its titanium aluminum nitride (TiAlN) coating provides high resistance to wear and elevated temperatures. Optimized for stable and efficient mounting on CoroTurn® 107 toolholders, it is suitable for roughing applications while offering good finish. It provides effective chip control and improved tool life. Its sharp cutting edge ensures smooth surfaces and enhanced dimensional accuracy, while maintaining low cutting forces to minimize vibration. Its Wiper geometry is ideal for high feeds. It can be used to turn steels (including stainless), cast irons, non-ferrous metals and refractory superalloys.
