SKF INDUCTION HEATER TIH 100M/MV FOR A 415V SUPPLY 2 OR 3 PHASE

The medium-sized SKF heating device TIH 100m is an extremely effective working, i.e. time and energy saving heating device for rotationally symmetrical workpieces up to 400 mm bore and 145 x 205 mm cross section. It is equipped with a new type of control electronics, which, among other things, allows precise control of the current strength and thus also the heating process. The arrangement of the coil outside the housing shortens the heating time, reduces energy consumption and, in the case of the TIH 100m, makes it possible to heat bearings up to 120 kg in weight. The heating device is equipped with a thermal overload protection for induction coil and electronics. In addition, the heating device is equipped with an automatic temperature control for the safe heating of rolling bearings and a timer for heating other ring-shaped metal parts.
