SRH Series cleanroom regulators are contamination-controlled stainless steel regulators designed to minimize residual fluids. Their design includes an exhaust/suction port in the diaphragm compartment, facilitating flow. The SRH series is remarkably resistant to corrosion. All metal parts in contact with fluids are made of SUS316 stainless steel.
