The MXP series is ideal for applications requiring precise movements in short-travel displacement situations. The precision linear table features a machined guide with tight tolerances that work in conjunction with a highly precise recirculating ball guide. This linear table provides parallelism within 0.02 mm and anti-rotation accuracy of less than 0.03 degrees. Two of the mounting surfaces allow the workpiece to be held with a tolerance of +/-0.05 mm in addition to the part's tolerance. This table has two pistons independent of each other to drive the actuator movement.
