Its robust construction guarantees excellent mechanical strength and extended service life, even under extreme operating conditions. In addition, the rings are dimensionally stabilized, allowing for reliable operation at temperatures up to 200 °C without loss of dimensional accuracy.

Maintenance:
This bearing is filled to 70–100% capacity with SKF LGHB 2 grease, a high-viscosity grease suitable for high loads. Designed to operate within a temperature range of -20 °C to 150 °C, its EP (Extreme Pressure) formulation provides excellent protection against wear and friction. Its NLGI 2 consistency ensures good adhesion and thermal stability, thereby reducing the need for relubrication. Protected by HNBR seals on both sides, it provides excellent sealing against dust, moisture, and liquids.

Sealing:
This model is equipped with sliding seals on both sides, made of HNBR with a steel reinforcement. This technology ensures excellent resistance to heat, oils, moisture, and chemicals. It helps retain the lubricant inside the bearing while preventing the entry of external contaminants. However, the seals’ constant contact with the rings slightly reduces the maximum permissible rotational speed but provides enhanced protection. This reliable sealing extends the bearing’s service life, even under heavy-duty operating conditions.
