Lightweight, aluminium construction, refillable carbon dioxide extinguisher suitable for use on Class B and C fires. Suitable for fires involving flammable liquids and fats, flammable gases and electrical hazards. Ideal for use in office environments and where other extinguishers may be harmful to delicate equipment.
Strengths
•This extinguisher must be installed and serviced to bs5306 part 3 and part 8
•Check periodically, preferably once every month
•An appointed person should visually check the extinguisher on a regular basis for damage and operational serviceability
•Withdraw from service if the tamper seal is missing or if extinguisher is under weight
•This extinguisher should be serviced at least annually to BS5306 part 3 and part 8 by a trained, competent person
•Do not test prior to use
•After any use, the extinguisher must be depressurised and refilled by a competent person
•This extinguisher is a pressurised vessel and must not be pierced, dented, or subjected to external damage,fire or disposed of in a fire
•This extinguisher must not be operated with the discharge horn removed
•Only use genuine products and spares in conformity with manufacturer’s instructions
