INA caged drawn cup needle roller bearing has a polyamide nylon cage and is suitable for applications with high dynamic loads. It has a smaller cross-section than a machined needle roller bearing for use in restricted mounting spaces. The moulded glass fibre reinforced polymer cage provides guidance and even spacing of the rollers for minimum vibration and noise at high speeds, and allows the assembly to operate at temperatures from -4 to 248 degrees F (-20 to 120 degrees C). The needle rollers are made of through-hardened, high-carbon chromium steel for durability and heat tolerance. This drawn cup needle roller bearing meets Deutsches Institut für Normung standard DIN 618-1 and International Organization for Standardization standard ISO 3245 for quality assurance.
