Maintenance:
This open bearing contains no lubricant at the time of manufacture. It must therefore be lubricated regularly by the user, depending on operating conditions. It can operate within a temperature range of –30°C to +200°C, depending on the lubricant selected. An annular groove with three lubrication holes allows for effective relubrication and promotes even grease distribution as well as the removal of contaminants. In contaminated environments, more frequent lubrication is recommended. It is essential to ensure maximum cleanliness during maintenance to preserve performance.

Sealing:
This model is designed without integrated seals. It is therefore exposed to external contaminants, such as dust or moisture. This facilitates visual inspection and maintenance operations. However, this configuration requires rigorous maintenance and impeccable cleanliness during installation and relubrication.
