The NBR contact seals, integrated on both sides of the bearing, provide an effective barrier against the ingress of particles and moisture without unduly compromising the system’s efficiency.

Maintenance:
This bearing is shipped pre-greased with a standard grease and must not be washed before installation. When relubrication is necessary, slowly inject grease through the lubrication holes. It is recommended to use the same grease as the original. Regular inspection of the lubrication points and lubrication level helps detect abnormalities early on. Adherence to the operating temperature ranges is also essential: LGEP 2 grease remains effective between -20 °C and +110 °C.

Sealing:
This model is equipped with NBR lip seals on both sides. These seals, reinforced with a steel sheet reinforcement, effectively protect the bearing from external contaminants such as dust, moisture, or liquid splashes. Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR) offers temperature resistance up to 90 °C during continuous operation and 120 °C for short periods. This seal is designed to withstand intensive cleaning cycles, including high-pressure washing.
