The bearing is pre-filled with 25 to 45% SKF LGEP 2 grease, an extreme-pressure grease based on mineral oil with lithium soap. It guarantees reliable lubrication from -20 °C to +110 °C and good adhesion thanks to its NLGI 2 consistency. HNBR seals on both sides ensure excellent sealing, protecting the internal components from contaminants. Finally, the three lubrication holes and the annular groove facilitate maintenance and extend the product’s service life.

Maintenance:
This product is shipped pre-lubricated with high-performance SKF grease. It must not be washed before installation. During prolonged use or when operating in a highly demanding environment, relubrication may be necessary. It is recommended to use the same original grease. Relubrication should be performed slowly through the designated ports, preferably while the bearing is rotating, to ensure even distribution of the lubricant and to preserve the integrity of the seals. Regular checks of the grease level and the condition of the bearing help ensure optimal operation and prevent premature wear.

Sealing:
