The new manifold end-plate flanges allow the maintenance technician to take it out of service without disconnecting the piping.
Integrated gauges are easy to read and improve maintainability. They are the only products of this type to offer these gauges on isolation valves and soft-start/quick-exhaust shut-off valves.
The optional pressure regulator with reverse flow control allows placement of the regulator between the valve and the cylinder, enabling air to be exhausted through the regulator without causing damage or shortening its service life.
Optional integrated pressure range indicators allow the user to easily set the red/green color indicators to the desired pressure range.
Available with an integrated redundant safe exhaust valve to implement safety standards without affecting productivity. Compliant with ISO 13849, category 3 PLd (performance level).
Available with an integrated IIoT-compatible air flow sensor to monitor air consumption in pneumatic systems. This enables rapid action when leaks are detected, helping to optimise energy consumption, avoid machine downtime and reduce costs.
