The MXP series is ideal for applications requiring precise movements over short distances. The precision linear table features a machined guide with strict tolerances that works in conjunction with a highly accurate recirculating ball bearing guide. This linear table offers parallelism with a margin of 0.02 mm and anti-rotation accuracy of less than 0.03 degrees. Two mounting surfaces allow the part to be held with a tolerance of +/-0.05 mm in addition to the part tolerance. This table features two independent pistons to power the actuator movement.
