Creates a smooth, durable base by filling open pores on porous surfaces making it easier to overcoat with selected paint. Prevents stains and odours from bleeding through the finish top coat. Ultra primer sealer is suitable for ceramic and glazed tiles, wood panelling, gloss painted surfaces, PVC piping, concrete and masonry. Touch dry in 30 minutes. Colour white.
