3M DP609ADHBG48.5 SCOTCH-WELD EPX POLYURETHANE ADHESIVE BEIGE 48.5ML

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EPX™ Polyurethane Adhesive DP609. Our quick curing, non-sag, flexible structural, polyurethane adhesive secures plastics, wood and painted or primed metal surfaces. It’s non-sag properties make it suitable for vertical surfaces and gap filling applications. It has high strain capability and superior toughness. After application from a cartridge, the adhesive has a work life of around 7-9 minutes. It develops handling strength in roughly 30 minutes. Full strength builds up over 24 hours and there can be further strength build up over longer periods e.g. up to 30 days on select plastics. It has the potential to replace mechanical fastenings in many applications.
