Ball bearings feature a simple design, are versatile, robust, and easy to maintain. Thanks to their design, they offer low friction torque, making them suitable for high speeds, and are capable of withstanding radial and axial loads in both directions. They are available in single-row and double-row versions.

Features:
Double-row deep groove ball bearings have a structure similar to that of single-row deep groove ball bearings, but they have two raceways in the inner and outer rings, each with its own row of balls. Due to the higher number of rolling elements, they have increased load-carrying capacity and are often used in applications where the load-carrying capacity of single-row deep groove ball bearings is insufficient. Since the design of double-row ball bearings allows them to withstand peak loads, they can be used in applications where a short shaft is supported by a single bearing.

Two-row ball bearings are not self-aligning due to their internal construction. When using these bearings, no misalignment is permitted. By design and function, two-row ball bearings correspond to a pair of single-row ball bearings. They are designed for high to very high rotational speeds and are used when the load-carrying capacity of single-row ball bearings is insufficient. For the same bore diameter and outer diameter, double-row designs are slightly wider than single-row ball bearings but can handle much higher loads than they can.

This bearing is open, which means it is not sealed and must be lubricated regularly. This deep-groove ball bearing is therefore not recommended for use in dusty or humid environments.
