Features:

This is made possible by high-temperature-resistant fluoro seals (FKM) and a radial clearance class C4. The latter reliably compensates for thermal expansion and allows for stable running even under prolonged stress. The steel sheet cage provides precise ball guidance as well as good load capacity at moderate speeds and radial forces. The bearing is ideal for industrial applications at elevated ambient temperatures and offers an optimal combination of protection, efficiency and mechanical robustness.

Maintenance:
The bearing is factory-filled with a high-performance high-temperature grease and requires no relubrication under normal operating conditions. The design effectively prevents lubricant loss and protects the internal components permanently. As long as the operating conditions—moderate speed, appropriate load, ambient temperature below +200 °C—are observed, no special maintenance is necessary. The minimal maintenance requirement helps reduce operating costs and enables continuous use in production.

Sealing:
The bearing is equipped with two fluoro seals (FKM) that maintain continuous contact with the inner ring surface. These seals provide excellent protection against dust, liquid splashes and other contaminants. They are resistant to heat, chemicals and oxidation. The permanent sealing contact reliably protects the lubricant, but this can increase the coefficient of friction and thus slightly limit the maximum speed. However, the robust seal design still enables reliable operation under demanding conditions.
