Features:
Featuring a 1:12 tapered bore, this bearing is designed for adjustable mounting on a clamping sleeve or directly on a tapered shaft. This T41A version is optimized for vibrating environments thanks to a reinforced construction that includes stricter manufacturing tolerances, precise roller guidance, and improved mechanical resistance to repeated shocks. Its C4 radial clearance is also specifically adapted to high thermal and vibrational loads. Its E1 design, without a central shoulder, ensures uniform load distribution and allows it to withstand very high radial loads as well as axial loads in both directions. Additionally, X-life technology extends service life, reduces heat generation, and minimizes friction losses. Finally, the absence of seals results in low rolling resistance, allowing for high speeds.

Maintenance:
This bearing requires regular relubrication, especially in dusty environments or those exposed to moisture. Furthermore, this model operates within a temperature range of –30 °C to +200 °C, provided that a suitable lubricant is used. Thanks to the annular groove and the three lubrication holes located on the outer ring, the relubrication process is simplified, and the lubricant is distributed evenly. It is recommended to lubricate frequently, using small amounts, to flush out contaminants. The absence of seals offers the advantage of direct visual inspection and easier access for maintenance; however, maintaining cleanliness during maintenance is essential to preserve performance.
