Principle of operation: a spherical outer diameter ball bearing in a fixed housing.
Our bearings are of Japanese type: the bearing is freely mounted in its cast iron housing and stopped by a ball in its circumference.
The bearing bores are cylindrical, the shaft is fixed by a needle screw in the inner ring of the bearing.
Bearing housings are cast iron, 100C6 steel bearing - hardness 65 HRC, bearings are sealed.
Our bearings have a very low level of noise (class V1) and vibration (P0).
They are painted and thus protected from corrosion. They are delivered with a 1/4 Gas grease nipple (to grease the housing). The shaft is tightened by means of a set screw.
