For a consistent finish, use the 3M™ Hookit™ Purple Finishing sanding disc with foil backing 260L - our discs with a fast-abrasive and durable aluminum oxide-based abrasive. Use these discs to sand the top coat before blending, and to remove dust and orange effect from the top coat finish prior to repainting or polishing. The discs can be easily removed from the backing discs. They are faster and easier to use than polishing pads, and faster and cleaner than wet sanding. Use for polishing the blend area prior to varnishing.
