The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F combines a ceramic and aluminium oxide abrasive blend with a water-resistant YF-weight polyester cloth backing. Developed for grinding, blending, levelling and finishing metal surfaces, the Grade 60 disc supports medium-pressure wet or dry applications.

Features:
The ceramic abrasive grain is processed to increase grain toughness and hardness, while the aluminium oxide mineral contributes durable cutting performance. A grinding aid reduces operating temperature on heat-sensitive alloys, including stainless steel and nickel alloys. The heat-resistant resin bond withstands pressure and high temperatures, and the polyester cloth backing supports demanding use in wet or dry conditions. The 3M™ Roloc™ TR quick-change system locks the disc securely onto a compatible pad and permits rapid removal with a twist.
