Designed for sanding work, COMBIDISC® corundum A abrasive discs cover a wide range of applications, from coarse grinding to fine finishing. Compatible with various clamping systems, they can be fitted to a wide range of equipment.

 

Features:

COMBIDISC® aluminium oxide A abrasive discs are based on an innovative clamping system available in two versions:

- CD version with internal threading suitable for metal or plastic COMBIDISC backing pads (as well as PSG, Power Lock Type II ‘turn on’, SocAtt and Turn-On);

- CDR version with external threading designed for plastic COMBIDISC backing plates (as well as Roloc™, Lockit, Speed Lok TR, Power Lock Type III, Fastlock B, Roll-On).

 

This design enables quick and secure screw-on mounting, minimising the risk of slippage or detachment during use. Please note that the backing plates required for assembly must be ordered separately.

 

These discs are suitable for a wide range of materials, including steels (unalloyed, alloyed, cast), grey and malleable cast iron, non-ferrous alloys such as copper or aluminium, as well as reinforced plastics, thermoplastics, wood and paints. They are used for a variety of operations such as deburring, chamfering, levelling and surface finishing.
