AT2002 is a flame retardant cloth laminate tape with self extinguishing properties. It is coated with a special pressure sensitive solvent free rubber – resin adhesive.
Ideal for many aerospace, industrial and marine applications, the tape offers extra performance against abrasion and water. Also, it can withstand high temperature (up to +60°C). Conformable, AT2002 can be applied easily to smooth or uneven surfaces.
This flame retardant cloth tape will peel clean* from most of the surfaces up to 4 days at +50°C.
FAR 25.853 (a)
AT2002 meets Federal Aviation Regulation FAR 25.853 (a) covering flame retardancy. The tape is safe to use in aircraft, ships, submarines, trains and the automotive industries. This specification is printed onto tape for easy identification.
