Axle stands must always be used on firm level surfaces. Movement of the vehicle should be prevented by applying the handbrake and chocking the other wheels. Models RS1 and RS2 are supplied with a 'Vee' crutch. Models RS3 and RS4 are supplied with a flat section crutch and are particularly suitable for commercial vehicle work.
