The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F is designed for grinding, blending, deburring and finishing metal components in medium-pressure applications. It combines a blend of ceramic and aluminium oxide mineral with a durable YF-weight polyester backing to deliver fast cutting performance, improved durability and consistent performance in both wet and dry applications.

The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F incorporates 3M ceramic abrasive grain and aluminium oxide mineral to provide an effective balance of cutting efficiency and durability. The ceramic abrasive is engineered to enhance grain toughness and hardness, while the aluminium oxide contributes long-lasting cutting performance. A grinding aid helps reduce grinding temperatures when working on heat-sensitive alloys such as stainless steel, nickel alloys and titanium. The heat-resistant resin maintains a durable bond between the abrasive and the backing under pressure, heat and moisture. The tough, water-resistant YF-weight polyester backing supports medium-pressure applications and provides consistent performance in both wet and dry use. The 3M™ Roloc™ TR quick-change attachment system enables secure attachment and fast disc replacement. The 3M™ Roloc™ Disc 777F can be used with Roloc™ TSM, TR, and TS attachment systems.

Applications
