Epoxy resin / Steel filler / Dark grey / Proportion of the mixture by weight = 9 to 1 / Usage time at 21°C for 500g box = 45 min / Cures in one hour / Functional in 16 hours / Temperature resistance range -40 to + 121°C.

Steel filled pasty epoxy resin, Pre-dosed, Applies to: iron, steel, aluminium, copper, Can be machined after polymerisation, Hardens in 1 hour, Applies at minimum temperature of + 15°C with a thickness of 1mm , Protects against corrosion, Can be painted, Excellent resistance to oil, petrol, water and many chemicals. Approved by Mil Spec DOD - C 0 24176B (SH) Type I and II
Applications
Economic and reliable maintenance and repair work. Repairs cracks and breaks in equipment, machinery or molds. Repairs and reconstructs blows or holes in moldings. Reconstructs used equipment. Rebuilt pump and valve bodies. Restores crankshaft journals and rolling strips.
