Maintenance:

It is important not to overfill the bearing with grease. Rigorous maintenance includes cleaning the lubrication points before each service and regularly inspecting operating parameters (noise, temperature, vibrations).

Sealing:
The two NBR sliding seals provide reliable protection against moisture, dust, and liquid splashes. They are reinforced with a steel sheet reinforcement, ensuring excellent mechanical strength. Although the seals create slight friction, they help reduce low-frequency vibrations. This sealed design improves durability by effectively protecting internal components while allowing for relubrication during operation via the annular groove and lubrication holes.
